Nuevo 80 Column Board with Baud Rate Generator Available
Nuevo Electronics decided to make amends after our fiasco with the SCSI 20 Mb hard disk that never got off the ground by giving us a Nuevo 80 column board with baud rate generator. With this board in place you are all set to add double sided drives. This is a nice picce of hardware for someone with a 52 column Osborne. It's retail value is $230. It comes complete with instructions and all the tools you'll need. Here's a chance to get one from CFOG at a savings!
If you're interested, call your bid in to the CFOG 'hotline' answering machine at 726-3569. In the case of tie bids a CFOG member will be given preference over a nonmember; if two members <or two nonmembers> enter tie bids, the earliest one will be given preference. Deadline for bids is January 12th at 9:00 a.m. <or whenever your Editor gets into the office that morning to check the answering machine!>.
